Dr. Sarah Matthews attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College and moved to San Diego for her Family Medicine residency. Sarah’s experiences in training left her wondering about the big picture and what is important to her patients. She completed a Palliative Medicine fellowship in order to care for each patient as a “whole person” and ensure that their care aligns with their goals. She and her husband recently moved back to Delaware with their two rescue dogs, where Sarah has joined the Palliative Medicine team at Beebe.

Rev. Paula Waite holds a Masters in Theology from St. Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore, and was ordained in Maryland to the Sacred Order of Deacons in 2018. She is Board Certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains, and serves the Episcopal Church as a Staff Chaplain at Beebe Healthcare. Paula and her husband Tom live in Milton with their Himalayan cat Samantha.

Kathleen DeLacy has been assisting businesses and individuals in estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate services for more than 20 years. A partner in the firm Reger, Rizzo and Darnall, she is also a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of Delaware.

John F. Robbert is admitted to practice in Louisiana, in Maryland, and in Delaware as well as in the United States Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Robbert is a member of WealthCounsel and a member of Elder Counsel, both national networks of attorneys who focus their practice on estate planning and elder law matters. Having taught at various educational levels, including tenure as an adjunct professor of law, he is an accomplished speaker and frequently lectures on issues related to gift and estate tax planning.
