Spiritual growth

Bible Study

Hour-long sessions are held Tuesdays at 1 p.m. from September to May. This year the group is “Walking through the Old Testament,” reading and discussing the stories which relate to our Hebrew heritage – the basis of our Christian faith. No preparation is necessary. All are welcome, and only a Bible and an open mind are required.

Week 1 of the three-week lecture series, “God in the Three Monotheistic Traditions,” was held in mid-March before the governor’s stay-at-home order took effect. This will be rescheduled at a yet-to-be-determined time. For more information go to the event listing.

The Adult Education and Community Events Committee is soliciting a volunteer to facilitate a virtual Christian book club to offer a spiritual reading opportunity while we are physically separated.
