The second and fourth Saturdays of the month from 10 am to 11 am in the parish hall. Please bring your own Yoga mat, blanket and water. Abstain from eating 1.5 hours prior to class. This is a gentle advanced beginner class. Participants must be able to get up off the floor by themselves. $10/class.
