Join St. Martha’s Hybrid Book Club for a lively discussion of Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver. This captivating novel, inspired by Charles Dickens’ David Copperfield, follows the life of a resilient boy born into poverty in rural Appalachia. With vivid storytelling, the book delves into themes of family, survival, and the power of hope, offering plenty to explore and discuss.
Please note: The December meeting will take place on the third Thursday rather than the usual fourth Thursday. Reading the book is encouraged but not required to participate.
